VA SAN Juan Parking Structure NKB developed a Design Build RFP documents for a new parking structure at the VA San Juan, Puerto Rico. The new parking structure is located just west of the VA Medical Center and will hold 1,425 vehicles within the structure and 132 in surface spaces. Construction completed in early 2016.
Corning Conference Center NKB was retained by Corning to provide a schematic design concept to update the aesthetics for the primary conference area at Sullivan Park. The project included refreshing all finishes, new loose furniture throughout, equipment and technology upgrades, and other ancillary needs of the space.
McGuire (AFB) Warfighter & Family Support Center NKB provided site/civil planning and design service for a new Warfighter & Family Support Center at McGuire Airforce Base, New Jersey. The geothermal well field was part of the project enhancements for the pursuit of Green Building Council LEED Silver Certification.
Process Research Center South Office Renovation This project included the sustainable design for the complete renovation of 20,570 SF of office and conference area, a building envelope replacement, and a roof replacement. The project is LEED Certified under LEED for Commercial Interiors v2009.
